Perfect for beginners, this 4-week series focuses on foundational yoga poses and simple sequences to build mindfulness and relieve stress. Please plan to attend all four sessions and bring your own yoga mat or towel & a water bottle.
Poses can be modified for all fitness levels, but as with any exercise program, please consult with your physician before joining the class. You will be asked to sign a waiver at the first class.
