DESCRIPTION:Screens are everywhere, and young children are spending more a
 nd more time in front of them. Screens and media can be a great way for ch
 ildren to learn, but it may also have a negative impact on their developme
 nt. This workshop will help participants learn about how screen time and 
 other media exposure impacts children, learn the screen time recommendatio
 ns for infants, toddlers, and young children and understand ways to decrea
 se screen time for young children.This class is presented by MSU Extension
 .  They will provide MiRegistry training hours.
