But did you know that you can use them medicinally as well? Learn about which of these powerhouses to reach for the next time you have a stomachache, cold or have aches and pains.
The presenter is naturopathic apothecary Rebecca Culley-Healey, ND. She is an herbalist and the owner of Hawthorn & Violet in Fenton.
